 AGE  16 yrs+  

REQUIREMENT – We hire local professional builder but if you have little knowledge on building would be great. If you would like to join this project you must raise some fund to buy building supplies for toilet.

 VOLUNTEER’S ACCOMMODATION – While working on Community Toilet Building project Your accommodation will be arranged at a local host family. They will provided you a clean room with basic furniture like bed, chair etc. You have to share room with other volunteers. Most of the family have Nepali style toilet and bathroom. Free W-IFI is available at some of our host families.

MEALS – You will be provided (dal/bhat) authentic Nepali meal two times a day (Breakfast & Dinner) and one light meal(lunch) at the family. Most family offers vegetarian meal. Tea is served few times a day.

JOB DESCRIPTION – Help builder or other team member to dig a hole for toilet, prepare building material, set toilet ring and roof. Besides this, volunteers are encouraged to teach and share ideas about how to maintain personal hygiene to the local communities(For example: how to wash hand properly, cleaning toilet etc).

WORKING HOURS – 4-6  hours a day, Six days a week, Saturday is the day off.

This program is not available for individual. We require at least 2 people.

2 people –                 200 Euros – Per week/ Per person
2 to 4 people –       175 Euros  – 
Per week/ Per person
5 to 10 people –    150 Euros –  Per week/ Per person

Larger group(above 10+) 130 Per week/ Per person

PROGRAM FEE INCLUDES – Accommodation at a local family, 3 meals a day, public transportation to and from Kathmandu, Nepali language and cultural orientation, airport pick up and drop off.
